That’s life.
That’s life. This crazy thing called life. The past couple of weeks have been full of scary moments and the unknown. Life has a way of throwing curveballs when you least expect it. I see it happening all around me. Praying for my family and friends all while dealing with our own problems.
Sitting here reflecting over the past 2 weeks and I realize even through the craziness of life I find peace in knowing it’s all in His hands. It’s hard to feel overwhelmed and anxious when others around you are struggling too. I find peace. No matter how hard it is. Especially when it’s your kiddos. When we stop worrying. Fretting. Complaining. Obsessing. And letting go. We realize to let God. In everything.
I’m not saying it’s easy! Goodness I know first hand. Seeing the ones I love going through things that are unmanageable. It breaks my heart. I don’t understand. I’m experiencing life’s ups and downs too. My family. It’s not about, “I have it harder than them!” It’s about realizing we all go through the junk. Ugliness of life. It’s all in how we handle it. Standing firm in our faith. Strong.
I love the fact that I have been through the hardest of times. Have you? Because through those moments I have grown. Have your grown? My story. Your story. It would not be complete without the junk. It completely sucks sometimes. But, my friend you are stronger. I am stronger. Because of Him. Knowing that He orchestrated it all. A little bit of our will thrown in with His will. He knew that we would screw it up. We are human. Full of sin. In His grace we find hope. Hope in knowing if we just stop. Breath in His promises and trust. God will give us His unbelievable comfort.
Take time to squeeze those you love. A BIG giant HUG. Spend quality time with them. Put down your phone. ENJOY THE VIEW. Listen to music. Read. Watch a movie with the fam. Journal. Take time to chat rather than text. Forgive when it’s the hardest. Let go of the past. Live for today and those you love. Time flies by. Don’t let it. Enjoy EVERY STINKIN MOMENT.
