How I plan my week.
Today I will share how I plan my week for my Meal Prep Sunday. Sitting down at my happy place for just an hour I plan a week's worth of meals for my family of 5. One thing I have learned throughout my journey is to PLAN. Period. I enjoy taking the time to plan. A planned out week equals a successful week.
